We are seeking a Producer for our game capture team. This role will be the overall production leader for a project or account and will be in charge of internal production, vendor management, and client services management.

Please note this position requires on-site/in-office work in Woodland Hills, California.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Manage budgets, schedules, and day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality, timely, and within-budget delivery.
• Oversee production process across all areas, including cross-functional work streams and vendors.
• Innovate and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
• Serve as primary contact with the client for their business needs at DBC.
• Provides leadership, mentorship, and training to team members.
• Responsible for the team's overall output and successful project completion.
• Manage day-to-day operations for Dark Burn creatives projects from concept/project kickoff through delivery.
• Assist in developing content strategies and schedules for game capture.
• Collaborate with the content team to identify trending games and upcoming releases for coverage.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to game capture.
• Communicate effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding project timelines and goals.
• Quality control and successful delivery of final deliverables.
• Ensure videos meet quality standards, including resolution, frame rate, and audio quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new gaming technologies, and emerging platforms.
• Propose and implement improvements to the game capture process to enhance content quality and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, including schedules, milestones, and issues encountered.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, multimedia production, or communications) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of industry experience producing trailers or advertising assets in entertainment or gaming. Gameplay trailers are preferred.
• Experience managing teams and using project management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Team, Slack, Airtable
• Strong passion for video games and a good understanding of gaming culture.
• Proficiency with video games, video, and static digital assets specifications and nomenclature.
• Video and photo editing skills are a plus (knowledge of software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, etc. is a plus).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Please note that a job offer for this position will be determined based on many factors, including experience, unique skill set, other qualifications, location, job performance (current employees), and various business and budgetary considerations.
