White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for an experienced and skilled Line Producer - Client Servicing, Static Design to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.

We create and produce some of the world's most recognizable key art for film, TV/streaming and home media clients. We have built a great reputation on award-winning creative, great service, and a fun and energetic culture-and we may be looking for you to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.

This position is based in-office in Mumbai.

POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for an organized Line Producer - Client Servicing to join our Static Design team to manage clients and work with our design team to ensure smooth communication and oversee the production process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Coordinate with internal design teams for project flow.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and brief the design team.
• Check deliverables for quality and address client requests.
• Manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Organize files and folders for project consistency.
• Assist in sharing relevant data with the design team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, project management, or production management, especially in the entertainment industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and promote a positive, creative atmosphere.
• Problem Solving
• Interest in movies and TV shows.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems or similar data organization tools.
