White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for an experienced and skilled Line Producer to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.

Job Summary

The Post-Production Project Manager/Client Servicing/Line Producer role is responsible for overseeing the post-production process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This position acts as the primary liaison between the client and the post-production team, ensuring smooth communication, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality results that align with the client's vision.

What will you do
- Manage multiple post-production projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet the required quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with editors, sound designers, Motion Graphics and other post-production staff.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the post-production process.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and feedback, ensuring their vision is accurately translated into the final product.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers as necessary, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Provide financial reports and updates to Senior Management.
- Oversee the quality of all post-production outputs, including video editing, sound design, visual effects, and colour grading.
- Conduct final reviews of projects before client delivery to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools like Adobe Premiere, slack, Air Table, after Effects etc.
- Maintain seamless communication with the finance team on current business reporting, including maintaining and reporting the total number of units executed daily.

Requirements
• Experience in client servicing, project management, or production management, especially in the entertainment industry (Preferably from a creative field as agency/creative agency/studio/post production agencies/TV Channels)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English)
• Organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and promote a positive, creative atmosphere.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Interest in movies and TV shows.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems or similar data organization tools
