White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for an experienced and skilled Line Producer to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.
Position Summary
We're looking for an organized Client Servicing/Line Producer to join our team to manage clients and work with our design team. Main role is to ensure smooth communication and oversee the production process.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal design teams for project flow.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and brief the design team.
• Check deliverables for quality and address client requests.
• Manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Organize files and folders for project consistency.
• Assist in sharing relevant data with the design team.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, project management, or production management, especially in the entertainment industry (Preferably from a creative field as agency/creative agency/studio)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English)
• Organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and promote a positive, creative atmosphere.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Interest in movies and TV shows.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems or similar data organization tools.
• Design background is a bonus
