The Role

We are currently seeking a Client Services Director for our London business. This customer-facing, hands-on role that develops winning strategies, corporate storytelling tools, digital content, and top-tier creative thinking for global entertainment brands. This role will support MXW (70%) and broader TPG-integrated initiatives.

Please note that this role requires someone with experience in an integrated marketing agency for film, television, or streaming clients. Candidates without entertainment marketing experience will not be a fit for this position.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Client Management
• Serve as the holder of key client relationships, forging a positive connection and being their trusted advisor representing the agency
• Lead the day-to-day meetings, calls, and ever-changing requirements with clients
• Translate the clients' requests, briefings, and thinking into an actionable and commercial agenda for the agency
• Responsible for communicating the clients' objectives and deployment of the internal creative brief
• Lead and manage multiple projects at once from conception to completion, driving teams to successfully deliver on time, quality, and budget
• Communicate, sell, and pitch work to clients in an engaging way
• Write client presentations to showcase best and elevate the work
• Review deliverables to check all is on spec/brief, as well as quality assurance
• Identify new projects and secure ongoing work to grow the business

Team Management
• Provide leadership and guidance to the account management and design teams
• Manage the workflow and professional development of Account Executive
• Design resource management in collaboration with the Design Director
• Build, maintain, and manage external partners and consultants

Creative Ideation
• Concept ideas with supporting copy and visual inspiration
• Lead ideation sessions and curate outcomes
• Identify and apply relevant trends in global consumer culture
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends - and demonstrate an understanding of how they strategically integrate into key client communication ideas

Finance
• Understand and manage an annual financial forecast of £1M+
• Negotiate fee structures and draft scopes of work in line with agency procedures
• Monitor profitability, scope creep, and budget
• Evaluation of projects to apply learning going forward
• Preparation of client reporting reviews
• Work with the senior leadership team to identify and secure new project opportunities
• Take an active role in new business efforts and pitching as required

TPG
• Oversee delivery of shared UK TPG work, leading the charge on cross-division agency work – kick-off, PM, wash-up
• Interact regularly with the TPG integrated team and other divisions of TPG to drive and facilitate close working practices between the London and LA offices by sharing ideas, inspiration, and concepts.
• Champion products and services within the wider Trailer Park Group and liaise with division leads to ensure high quality and effective delivery of projects
• Play an active role across the agency to contribute to the company's culture
• Additional duties which the Company shall reasonably require from time to time.

Requirements
• 2:1 or higher bachelor's degree
• 5+ years agency experience working in entertainment
• Understand all aspects of B2B and consumer marketing (Creative, Brand, Digital, Partnerships, PR, Media, Research, Sales, Licensing, etc.).
• Successful leadership with management experience with a keen ability to delegate and manage multiple projects and people
• A highly organized individual who is detail-orientated and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills/welcoming personality that encourages relationship building both internally and externally
• A creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and personability
• An interest in cultural and zeitgeist events that can influence ideas and tactics
• Exceptional and versatile copywriting, brand strategy, and storytelling skills.
• Awareness of current film, fashion, music and social trends
• Professional appearance and demeanor for interfacing with clients
• Based in London and eligible to work in the UK
