Titmouse Vancouver is looking to hire Retake Animators familiar with Flash for adult comedy series, Digman!
Estimated Length of Project: August 26, 2024 to Dec 6th, 2024
Compensation: $950 - $1200/week, commensurate with experience and skill level
Hours per week: 40
Reports to: Animation Director
Format: Hybrid, but candidates must be eligible to come into the Titmouse office in Vancouver.
*If the work for this position is performed within the geographical jurisdiction of the collective bargaining agreement, it will be covered by that agreement.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must apply with a portfolio/reel showcasing mastery of the foundations of animation.
• Must be able to animate in Adobe Animate/Flash.
• Must be able to animate consistently and keep characters on model throughout the shot.
• Able to work with character rigs and hand drawn frame by frame animation.
• Able to draw appealing, story relevant poses and expressions.
• Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
• Sense of style or artistry with a creative mindset and passion for arts
• Maintain confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information
• Must be eligible to work in the Titmouse office in Vancouver.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Revise scenes based off feedback from animation director.
• Meet production deadlines and communicate quickly with production if falling behind.
• Dedicate a full workday, 5 days a week to the project and be available for meetings or communications during that time (with the exception of holidays).
