Available Positions at TCU Amphitheater at White River State Park

Event Staff - The safety of our guests and team are our top priority. The Event Staff works throughout our entire venue. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting guests, bag checks, screening for prohibited items, scanning tickets and a variety of guest services related tasks.

Merchandise – Merchandise Crew Members are responsible for sales of upgrades, amenities and event merchandise throughout the venue. The ability to handle electronic transactions and strong communication skills are a must as this team has major interaction with guests.

Maintenance – This team plays a major role in how our venue operates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining the reserved seating, keeping trash picked up, bathrooms stocked and clean, and clearing any debris after the show.
On occasion, this team will also be responsible for any equipment maintenance, pressure washing, and assisting with set up and tear down of various areas within the venue.

VIP - The VIP Department is responsible for assisting our season ticket holders and clients in the VIP Club and box seats. The focus for this team is on the needs of our clients and helping them enjoy their time spent at the venue.

Job Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Ability to perform duties of the position in a professional manner and appearance, ability to make independent and good judgement decisions within proper policy and procedures
• Positions requires constant walking, climbing stairs and lifting and carrying 30 lbs.+
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff members
• Help with the removal of any debris after the guests have exited the venue
• Assist with any guest issues that may arise. Including, but not limited to: ticketing, seating, unruly guests, assisting with ADA seating and any questions guests may have while at the venue.
• Follow all state and local health guidelines as directed by the CDC
• Work in an outdoor, rain or shine environment
• Displaying the ''Heart of Service'' positive attitude
• Completion of a background check
