THE JOB

The National Fan Services Coordinator will help the
overall coordination and implementation of service-based business initiatives, focused on the venue hourly employees and fa ns . This role will report into and support Sr. Regional Fan Services Manager(s), their venue Experience Managers (EM) and management teams.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

RESOURCE PARTNER
• Act as a resource partner, supporting the senior regional managers in day-to-day operations .
• Build relationships with different venue partners including venue Experience Managers, General Managers and Operations Managers.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior regional managers including hassles and best practices.
• Partner with senior regional managers on best practices, new programs and creative solutions, sharing wins and challenges.
• Travel to venues to support EM and venue management. As well as assisting with on-site experience and execution.

CREATIVE LOGISTICS
• C oordinate and manage back-end Fan Services websites .
• Build out communication tools and resources that support the national EM team.
• Track and analyze data sources to help create solutions to guest feedback and concerns.
• Organize and implement administrative systems , such as Microsoft OneDrive folders, and procedures performing necessary support duties .

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferably in Hospitality , Facilities or Management.
• Minimum of 2 years in music venue
or like industries .
• Comfortable working both within a team and on your own .
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills , meeting facilitation skills and the ability to engage others.
• D emonstrated experience finding creative, yet viable solutions.
• Must be able to travel 10-15%
of the time .
• Proficient computer skills required including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CANVA .
