Job Description

THE TEAM

The Marketing team oversees all campaigns for Ticketmaster clients and consumers.

The teamwork in accordance with local marketing strategies to maximise ticket sales across multiple events.

The Marketing team provides marketing services support across all areas of the business and develop/drive new marketing initiatives to support Ticketmaster products.

THE JOB

This role entails collaborating with the local operations and wider APAC Marketing team to execute various marketing initiatives across diverse genres.

Tasks encompass content management for the website, managing email communications, database marketing, developing marketing plans, social media management, performance marketing, and assisting with content creation.

The position offers opportunities to gain experience in formulating marketing strategies and engaging with Ticketmaster clients and consumers across music, sports, arts, and theatre genres.

You will have a good understanding of the international and local music scene and love digital and multi-channel marketing. With a hunger to grow and learn, you will be a self-starter and a great team player that contributes to the wider objectives of the business.

You understand the importance of relationship building, are fast on your feet, and have a keen eye for detail especially when it comes to analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Provide marketing services support across all areas of the business.
• Working closely with the Sales and Support and Operations teams, to help develop and implement marketing plans and programs to drive ticket sales for venues and promoters.
• Handle and oversee key aspects of significant announcements effectively - this may entail being available at unconventional hours.
• Develop and drive new marketing initiatives to support Ticketmaster products that enhance the consumer buying experience.
• Implement key consumer promotion to help drive ticket sales and acceptance of Ticketmaster's ancillary products.
• Liaise with International marketing, Regional Area teams and Ticketmaster Clients nationally to devise regular schedules for updating and coordinating marketing services.
• Liaise with clients' marketing teams to ensure flow of information, images and artwork for event promotional content.
• Work closely with the APAC Marketing team to maximise the performance of specific events and find promotional opportunities within the Ticketmaster database.
• Work closely with the communications team to help amplify event exposure and support the fan experience during on sales.
• Work closely with the Marketing shared services to find promotional opportunities while maintaining the health of Ticketmaster's database.
• Create all eDM's required for Marketing purposes including MYTM presales and general on sales, ticket offers, newsletters, consolidated venue sends and seasonal campaigns. This includes overseeing the approval process for marketing emails and ensure the shared calendar is updated.
• Maintain and update all campaign landing pages.
• Paid social campaign execution and performance management for Singapore and other regional events.
• Produce paid social reports – this includes retrieving post campaign results, analysis and recommendations for all genres.
• Help coordinate the development of best-in-class performance marketing applications to enhance Client campaigns – this includes optimal targeting, timing & platform usage.
• Maintain the scheduling of the Singapore Ticketmaster website and update accordingly.
• Maintain the filing and storage of all marketing assets submitted for Ticketmaster events.
• Present opportunities, marketing plans to Ticketmaster current and prospective clients.
• Support any new or existing business initiatives where required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Proficient in creating social content and marketing strategic recommendations for best use of content in digital.
• Experience managing social sites, Facebook Ads manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics
• Fluent knowledge of the Digital eco-system and ability to keep up to date with trends in this space.
• Shows a proven track record working in a high-performance marketing team in a face paced industry.
• Experience in ticketing, live events, promoting, e-business, media or entertainment industries preferred.
• Ideally be fluent in both English and Mandarin.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to build effective relationships with a broad range of people from junior staff to senior leaders across the business and clients.
• Ability to relate to people on all levels by quickly establishing rapport and maintain effective business relationships. Must always show initiative and be proactive. Must have a strong commitment to the provision of service excellence.
• Proven ability to effectively manage time to ensure deadlines and business needs are met. Ability to negotiate and set targets and prioritise workloads accordingly.
• Demonstrated ability to accommodate and adapt changing needs of the business in a highly pressured working environment. Also demonstrates the ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Show commitment to the achievement of results by consistently measuring outcomes against a standard of excellence and improving of results through innovation.
