THE TEAM
As part of the Ticketmaster Contract Management team, the Ticketmaster North America Settlement team is a diverse group of professionals to serve as the trusted source of payment and required reporting for Ticketmaster's client. To Perform accurate, reliable, and timely revenue share calculation for Ticketmaster client contracts located in the United States and Canada.

THE JOB
We are seeking a Manager, who in this role will be responsible for managing and overseeing core Ticketmaster segments while working directly with RFD's, CDD's to assist and resolve settlement reconciliation related issues. You will also work closely with the Senior managements of the Contract Management settlement team. This position is also responsible for providing analysis to support financial and statistical reporting request for Ticketmaster segments. The ideal candidate should have the ability to adjust, coordinate and align with internal and external department goals across multiple time zones. Must be a self-motivated individual, organized, detail-oriented and able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Finance Settlement liaison to segment RFD/CDD
• Work daily with RFD, segment SVP, CDD to assist and resolve client settlement issues and/or inquires.
• Solving problems by gathering information, discuss options, and make recommendations.
• Provide analysis and reporting request (BOBJ, SAP, etc)
• Effectively read and interpret contractual client user agreements.
• Reprocessing revenue share calculations of any new deal terms
• Review settlement report calculations.
• Information share of settlement functions between Accounting and Finance teams
• Partner and build relationships with Field Event Support and Client Specialist Support
• Perform various month-end duties as part of Ticketmaster month-end close schedule.
• Provide support and documentation with company external and internal auditors.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of professional finance experience in a comparable role required.
• Ability to work across multiple times zones and countries and adjust workflow as needed.
• Financial contracts, revenue share calculations, and reconciliation.
• Current knowledge or the ability to learn SAP ICM and Oracle IC
• Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and deliver on strict deadlines.
• Preference for prior experience within the entertainment industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and BI tools (e.g., Domo, BPC, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with accessing, compiling, and analysing large volumes of transactional data into actionable information required.
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$72,000.00 USD - $90,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
