THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking is seeking an enthusiastic and highly-motivated Crew Experience Coordinator for The Gorge Amphitheatre. As the Crew Experience Coordinator for our amphitheater and campground, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging work environment for our staff members. Your role will involve implementing programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, promoting teamwork, and supporting the overall well-being of our workforce. This is a seasonal position with an events-based schedule from May 2024 to October 2024.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and social events.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing orientation sessions, providing training on company policies and procedures, and facilitating introductions to team members.
• Serve as a liaison between management and staff, facilitating
open communication channels and ensuring that employees are informed about company news, updates, and   events.
• Establish mechanisms for soliciting feedback from employees, such as surveys, suggestion boxes, or regular meetings. Analyze feedback and collaborate with management to address concerns and implement   improvements.
• Implement programs to recognize and reward employee achievements, contributions, and milestones. This may include employee of the month awards, peer-to-peer recognition programs, or personalized appreciation gestures.
• Assist in coordinating employee involvement in special events , concerts, and activities held at the amphitheater and campground, ensuring adequate staffing and support for successful execution
• Assist with all administrative programs and initiatives related to the crew member s experience.
• Order and Distribute staff identification badges.
• Work is mostly outside in hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions . Walking, golf cart is required .

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Must be able to maintain composure and organization in an often hectic and loud environment.
• Proficient computer skills required including the ability to use Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Possess a positive outlook, strong communication skills and the ability to engage others.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience finding creating solutions.
• 1 year plus of administrative experience.
• 2-3 years plus of work experience in a comparable role.
• 1-2 years' plus of leadership experience.
• Has a natural interest in helping others and a heart for service.
• Position requires constant physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying equipment.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
