Job Description
The Associate Director will manage financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis functions integral to the business operations for Orchard's owned labels as well as Orchard and Sony Joint Ventures. This person will also be the day-to-day financial lead for Orchard's global Artist Services and Human Re Sources divisions.
What you'll do
• Office- first role, in office 4 days a week.
• Review, analyze, and manage monthly financial results of various Orchard/Sony entities.
• Prepare and present monthly reporting packages to senior management along with support for the annual business plan
• Prepare and present global financial reporting for Artist Services and Human Re Sources.
• Manage & administer marketing budgets.
• Prepare pro-forma artist/label release P&Ls.
Who you are
• Bachelor's degree with concentration in Finance or Accounting, CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of business experience in accounting or financial analysis role.
• Entertainment /music industry experience is ideal.
• Experience with SAP, BPC, Looker, Console, deal modeling a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

- $125,000 USD
