Account Executive, Ad Sales (LATAM) - The Orchard

About you:

As an Account Executive, you are The Orchard's first line brand ambassador. You are out on the field, responsible as the day-to-day point of contact for agencies and clients and are responsible for selling The Orchard's fast growing multi-platform digital portfolio on YouTube.

You are an entrepreneurial, organized, dynamic, innovative, hardworking and detail-oriented digital strategist. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are not afraid of tackling new challenges while honing in new skills. You have a passion for digital marketing, YouTube, all things multicultural and are interested in working/growing in the music industry.

What You'll Do:
• Build client relationships, drive revenue and close business. with special attention to Entertainment, Tech, Global, CPG and QSR clients.
• Sell across The Orchard's premium music video portfolio on YouTube
• Consult with clients on their advertising needs, and present innovative video solutions to meet their objectives
• Negotiate deal costs and terms to close client programs that results in a win for everybody
• Forecast/track/report sales performance, including budget, dates, and probability to close
• Handle in-depth analysis to identify benchmarks, trends, and best practices.
• Put together client-facing reports with full performance analysis and insights.
• Work with support sales team for both pre-sales and post sales
• Collaborate with internal teams for special projects, product ideation and executing brand deals
• Provide a white glove customer service to clients and maintain running business to promote high retention/renewals

Who You Are:
• 3+ Years of Digital Ad Sales experience, premium online video sales & YouTube experience a plus.
• Established relationships with LATAM-based agencies and client-side teams, multicultural focus a plus. Specific focus on Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Argentina, & Brazil businesses.
• Consummate problem solver, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment.
• A natural leader with great ideas, innovation and drive.
• Excellent communicator, thoughtful presenter and customer service oriented professional.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
