Job Description:

As a Sales Operations Specialist on our Business Development team, you'll be a driving force behind our growth by optimizing sales processes, uncovering valuable leads, and executing strategic outbound campaigns. You'll harness data to provide insights that refine sales strategies, increase efficiency, and maximize revenue. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll support efforts that improve overall sales performance and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a passion for the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Process Optimization: Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute impactful sales strategies. Streamline workflows, tools, and systems to enhance productivity and drive results.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights.
• Demand Generation & Lead Management: Design and manage outbound campaigns targeting high-potential leads. Oversee outbound communication channels and monitor campaign performance, continuously optimizing for engagement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, customer success, and product teams to align efforts, share insights, and ensure smooth integration of sales initiatives.
• Inbound & Content Support: Support inbound activities, including blog content management and crafting effective sales and website copy as needed.
• Client Engagement & Development: Assist in researching and developing connections within the video game industry, fostering new business opportunities and client relationships. Introduce new clients to relevant BD team members across territories and explore cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:
• HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in setting up and managing HubSpot Sales and Marketing demand generation workflows, including sequencing and campaign management.
• Data Integrity & Maintenance: Skilled in maintaining data hygiene within HubSpot, ensuring all records are accurate, de-duplicated, and well-segmented.
• Reporting & Analytics: Ability to create custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot, delivering insights on campaign performance, sales metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Strong Multitasking & Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at managing multiple time-sensitive tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with both leads and internal stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills:
• HubSpot Data Management: Experience with data migrations or bulk data management within HubSpot.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Ability to work fluidly with sales, marketing, and operations teams, supporting diverse data and reporting needs.
• Industry Knowledge & Business Development: Familiarity with the video game industry, with experience in business development, lead generation, and account management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong command of CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and reporting software.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Additional Job Description:

The salary range for this full-time staff position is: $50,000 - $70,000 USD per year in addition to an annual incentive bonus plan which is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and pursuant to the New York Salary Transparency and California Pay Transparency Laws.
