The COO office is looking for an experienced Project Manager– Transformation to collaborate on cross-functional projects focused on transformations, reducing operational risk, organization changes, process improvements and automation. You will work closely with workforce planning (WFP), HR, production, technology, operations, and finance teams to identify opportunity areas and work to invent and simplify their processes.

The ideal candidate has experience working with project management across multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will rely heavily on influence over authority to drive deliverables and adoption.

The position reports into the Program Director, COO office.

Responsibilities
• Project Manage cross-functional transformation projects for Technicolor India
• Assist COO and Program Director in analyzing organizational issues, interviewing people to determine root cause and develop a plan to address the issue.
• Develop trust-based relationships with program's key stakeholders and engage on a frequent basis with workstream/project owners to review project status
• Identify operational inefficiencies, improve processes, automate tasks and partner with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions
• Create and maintain MS project plans for all running projects and ensure regular updates are made.
• Prepare Power Point presentations for project update meeting, steering committee meetings and monthly business reviews.
• Support with analyzing operational data and building management reports in Excel

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in program or project management
• High degree of proficiency in MS Project (multiple nested projects, baselining and what-if scenarios)
• Bachelor's degree, high standard of education, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in large scale, multi-national operational environment
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
• Ability to produce clear and concise verbal/written communication and data presentation (e.g., functional requirements, project/program requirements and roadmap, etc.)
• Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Capable of understanding business needs and translating them into tools and services
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional global environment
• Highly innovative, flexible, and self-directed

Preferred Qualifications
• Expert level capability in Excel (advanced use of formulas and data manipulation)
• Proven ability to create PowerPoint presentations for C-level executive management
• Exemplary communication skills and influencing others
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
• Prior experience in workforce planning a plus
• Results-oriented person with strong organizational skills and focus on delivery
