Job Description
Summary of Position

The Specialist evaluates and assigns resources for promotional requests. Client facing, this position is responsible for keeping our Clients apprised of project status and changes. Also a System Administrator for Workfront, they assist in configuration, license management rights and permissions, and process implementation. Manages organization of high-level initiatives as well as lower level triage within Jira. Ensure teams complete all tasks/projects on time, within scope, assessing risk along the way. Responsible for measuring project performance and staying on top of change management.

Responsibilities
• Receive and vet promotional requests in Workfront for metadata accuracy, timeline feasibility, and proof project setup.

• Assign resources and manage workloads across various Content Operations team members.

• Oversee change management once the jobs are flipped to current.

• Ensure assets travel through systems properly, and trouble shoot errors as they arise.

• Workflow and system subject matter expert facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

• Responsible for on-boarding and training on new processes within Workfront.

• Works closely with Fusion integration team on new builds.

• Collaborate with other teams to improve production workflows across all mediums.

• Intake and manage new features and project requests. Includes assigning components, Workfront category, issue type, and priority based on Core team guidance.

• Manage Jira Kanban boards for both epics and enhancements.

• Requirements backlog management within the Jira Workfront project.

• License and Administration. Responsible for giving users access and ensuring the correct level of permissions are assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree or three years related experience: operations, media, or training

• Highly developed analytical and organizational skills

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments

• High attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel

Nice to Haves
• Knowledge of Workfront project management software and/or video production a plus

• Experience working in the Entertainment Industry
