Stampede Studios is seeking an Account Manager for our rapidly growing Social/Digital team. Our dynamic creative services team is heavily focused on original trailer creative, digital and social content. We strive to be a strategic and responsive partner, listening to, anticipating, and quickly accommodating our client’s needs. Our passion is creating fan centered, goal-oriented creative, with stunning visuals and sound.

The Account Manager is required to build and manage strong, lasting relationships with client accounts and deliver services in a profitable manner. You will be expected to collaborate with colleagues on accounts, manage and grow existing client relationships and develop new business. Your role may require periodic travel as well as the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead all daily assigned client service activities and establish credible business relationships with clients

· Responsible for delivering marketing services to each client in a timely manner and within the scope of the agreement; including all relevant SOWs, Schedules, POR’s and Billing.

· Offer strategic insight to each client, guiding them toward the optimal tactical execution that meets their specific marketing objectives, while actively seeking opportunities to grow client account business.

· Work closely with strategy, producers, creative directors, designers, and others to ensure that direction provided is clear and sufficient to produce the desired deliverables for each client.

· Grow existing client relationships and generate new client relationships in concert with SVP of Accounts and EVP.

· Support the producer and the rest of the team when client communication is needed.

· Attend off site meetings to represent the department and the project team.

· Engage in Daily Production check-ins, and the weekly Account Team meeting.

· Participate in solving client needs strategically—which includes participation in ideation and brainstorms where needed.

Requirements:

· You must possess natural ability to engage clients both personally and professionally.

· You are required to handle a wide variety of tasks and assignments in a dynamic, fast paced work environment.

· You must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the desire to introduce clients to potential new strategies and solutions that will positively impact their business.

· You must exhibit excellent communication skills, both orally and in written form at all times.

· You must effectively present information in both one-on-one and group situations to clients and other employees of the agency.

· You must be flexible, responsive and have the capability to “think on your feet”.

- Strong familiarity with the major social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc. and best usages/best practices of each.

- Self-starter with understanding of urgency and ability to prioritize without much outside direction.

- Ability to work well collaborating with a team and independently.

- Solid problem-solving skills with an emphasis on being proactive, not reactive.

- Strong organization skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for MAC, Google Docs, Trello, Slack.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
