We are looking for a User Researcher who will help us scale our reach and impact by leading cross-pillar user research programs, streamlining our participant recruitment process, supporting researchers in planning and fielding research, and leading usability testing at multiple phases in the design process. In this role, you'll work across the B2B and Listener spaces and partner closely with User Researchers, Data Scientists, Designers, and Product Managers to elevate our user research practice and make our research insights more accessible, impactful, and effective.
