The Personalization team makes deciding what to play next easier and more enjoyable for every listener. From Daily Mix to Discover Weekly, we're behind some of Spotify's most-loved features. We built them by understanding the world of music and podcasts better than anyone else. We ask that our team members be physically located in Central European time or Eastern Standard/Daylight time zones for the purposes of our collaboration hours.Home is the default screen in the Spotify app, surfacing the best of what Spotify has to offer for every situation, personalized playlists, new releases, old favorites, and undiscovered gems. The Home Personalization Product Area consists of several teams that are focused on matching users to compelling audio content, by combining our broad content catalog with machine learning personalization technologies. To do this, we rely on a deep understanding of our user's listening habits and tastes. Our 500M+ listeners generate over 10 billion interaction events every day, which our machine learning models use to suggest recommendations to suit every situation and intent. We are looking for a platform focused product manager to join Spotify's Personalization, Home team.

What You'll Do
• Product Manage two platform focused engineering squads in Home.
• Lead and advocate for the engineering team, communicating the team's mission and technical priorities to collaborators, ensuring alignment and trust.
• Define and maintain a strategic, well-prioritized roadmap in collaboration with senior engineers and engineering managers (EMs), ensuring both business and technical needs are addressed.
• Cultivate cross-functional collaboration by regularly engaging with teams across Home Construction and Content, gathering feature requests, aligning priorities, and surfacing new opportunities for innovation.
• Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to collect feedback on platform performance and scalability, identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Ensure clear and proactive communication to minimize experiment and rollout collisions, identifying dependencies early and coordinating launch plans.
• Skillfully prioritize tasks and initiatives by balancing business needs, technical constraints, and long-term goals, ensuring the most impactful projects are solved first.
• Build and maintain strong relationships while facilitating collaboration and mutual understanding.
• Leverage data to advise decision-making processes, regularly assessing system performance and user impact to drive prioritization and platform alignment.
Who You Are
• A Senior Product Manager or highly skilled Product Manager with strong technical expertise and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experienced in leading multiple squads, priorities, and projects, demonstrating the ability to drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Highly capable of strategic roadmap development and ensuring alignment between platform capabilities and business needs.
• Ability to engage with team members at all levels, fostering collaboration and trust.
• Proficient at prioritization and making trade-offs by balancing technical constraints, business needs, and long-term objectives.
• Adept at relationship building, creating strong partnerships with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders across missions.
• Data-driven, applying analytics and system performance insights to guide decisions and ensure platform goals are met.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to lead sophisticated technical projects with efficiency and clarity.

The United States base range for this position is $134,481 - $192,116 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
