We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Associate Manager to join Spotify's Business Development team. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing DSP and Spotify Ad Exchange (SAX) partnerships across various new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on maximizing SAX revenue through project managing DSP and Partner integrations across XFN teams, account development, product activation and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic buying, and data analysis.

What You'll Do
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, understanding their business objectives and advertising needs
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing and Technical Operations) to ensure seamless integrations and activation for all partnerships
• Monitor and analyze DSP/Partner performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with DSP support teams to resolve any challenges
• Track and deliver regular reporting of all new and existing partnership status's and performance to your Senior Manager and broader teams as necessary.
• Stay informed about the current industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies in programmatic advertising.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and workflows

Who You Are
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• You have 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic buying and DSP management
• You have a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing programmatic relationships
• You have a strong understanding of DSP platforms, ad exchanges, and the programmatic ecosystem
• You have proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are passion for digital advertising and a desire to stay ahead of the curve

Where You'll Be
• This role is based in New York
• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come into the New York office 2-3 times per week.

The United States base range for this position is $110,347 - $157,638 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
