The Analyst in our Corporate IT HRIS team will play a key role in supporting P&O technology to drive an exceptional employee experience. The Analyst will work with both the IT HRIS support team and our P&O stakeholders with the primary goal of understanding the business processes, data integrity, workflows, and information requirements of the users. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, process oriented, resourceful, and focused on delivering high value IT solutions.  

Responsibilities:
• Supports configuration and functional project execution for Workday CORE HCM, Reporting, Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Projects and other HR Systems
• Collaborate with the HRIS IT team to manage business needs including analyze root causes of issues or challenges prior to problem-solving, resolve incidents, manage business changes, incident triage, bug research, customer escalations, scenario re-creation, and process documentation.
• Effectively gather, elaborate on, and communicate requirements and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactively take ownership and drive work and projects to completion.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday modules such as CORE HCM, Absence, Timekeeping, Projects, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting, as well as reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in the HRIS field with exposure to and support of various HR-related systems.
• Demonstrated experience in HRIS IT customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship building.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven, and agile work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000-$105,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
