Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee and manage a group of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) providing technology services, application support, and staff augmentation. The ideal candidate will excel at creating maximum value in these relationships, ensuring that our vendors deliver high-quality services that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage relationships with MSPs providing technology services, application support, and staff augmentation.
• Develop and implement vendor governance frameworks to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure that vendor services align with these requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement and value creation.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor budgets to optimize costs and maximize value.
• Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and effective manner.
• Design, implement and govern vendor related policies and procedures that maximize effectiveness and value for the IT organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in vendor management and governance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT vendor management, specifically the outsourcing of standard IT roles from infrastructure, application development and application support.
• Proven track record of managing multiple MSP relationships and other technology vendors, with contract values in excess of $25M+.
• Established experience working with MSP vendors with global operations, preference to significant vendor operations based in India
• Proficient in the application of ITILv4 service management standards across IT organization
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in vendor management and governance.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in ITIL and/or vendor management

The anticipated base salary for this position is $125,000-$160,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
