The Marketing Executive reports into and works alongside the Marketing Manager across our Nordics Benelux TV Distribution business. Essential partners for this role include the VP, Marketing for UK & Nordics Benelux, the TV Distribution Sales Team, and the EMEA Central Marketing Team. In this role, you will focus on both pre-sales, supporting our TVD Sales Team, and post-sales in delivering best-in-class B2B marketing partnership activity for our clients. From time to time, you may also be required to support our Digital HE marketing team based in Stockholm when required by business/team needs.

What you'll do:
• Alongside the Marketing Manager, you will deliver creative B2B ideas and tactics for engaging clients with our TV Series content for all New, Returning and Priority TV Series
• Maintain an ongoing 12-months-ahead plan of proposed B2B marketing activity including possible content package opportunities and client touch points
• Oversee a calendar of all relevant, global, seasonal and local events to feed into the 12-month plan.
• Track all new information/research data, key dates and Sales and Marketing materials, and ensure the Sales team are at all times kept abreast of and maximizing potential new opportunities
• Maintain and evolve the new SPE Hub micro-site and deliver engaging and relevant client newsletters
• Handle design approvals with broadcasters and platforms.
• Build close relationships with the TVD Sales Team and maintain an excellent knowledge of each of the markets and client landscapes for TV Series and the current sales priorities
• Maintain the TV Series Sales tracker ensuring marketing always have the most up to date information on any new sales/ deals to hand
• Foster positive relationships with marketing colleagues in other EMEA regions, particularly the UK, and Home Office TV Series teams to exchange and synchronize marketing strategies.
• Responsible for assisting our TVD clients with access to our B2B system and assets
• Deliver promptly on requests for marketing support materials from the TVD Sales Team for both Features & TV Series including Decks, E-blasts, Desk Drops, Trailers and Promos etc, briefing in-house and external agencies where required
• Support the TVD spot selling of both Current and Library Features ensuring industry insights, future trends and competitor tracking are utilised to drive new and innovative marketing solutions
• Responsible for tracking performance of pre-sales communications (i.e., through SalesForce) to keep building on efficiency through a test-and-learn approach
• Running end-to-end organisation and delivery of in-market live and virtual screening events
• Responsible for raising and tracking TVD Purchase Orders and updating the TVD budget tracker
• Responsible for coordinating promotional merchandise orders and creation across the Nordics Benelux marketing team
• Liaise with Nordics Benelux Team Assistant to ensure our TVD client marketing contacts are always up to date in the central list

5% Home Entertainment,
• Maintain strong relationships with the Digital HE Transactional Nordics Benelux Marketing team and be actively engaged with our transactional business
• Provide additional support where required, including PR agency liaison on content plans, access to social media assets, and light touch marketing assistance with our Physical licensees

Qualifications and/or Experience Required
• Typically, 1-2 years of Marketing experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Photoshop and In-Design skills are desirable.
• Exceptionally organized.
• Excellent writing skills with first-class attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confident to present.
• Self-motivated team player and facilitator.
• Ability to coordinate and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience working in a B2B environment and in delivering creative marketing campaigns
• Self-motivated team player with a flexible attitude towards the role evolving as business needs change
• Strong interpersonal skills required, with the ability to manage communication with multiple stakeholders
• Looking to gain international experience
• An excellent multi-tasker with experience working on multiple projects at the same time
