The IT Transformation team works on a variety of initiatives and efforts, examples including process optimization, change management and supporting strategic initiatives in different capacities. In doing this we partner within and outside of IT with the goal of reducing inefficiencies and delivering more value for SPE.

The IT Transformation team is looking for an Lead, IT Transformation who is a Jill/Jack of all trades to help drive awareness and adoption of critical activities across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an independent, people-oriented, problem-solving organizational change management (OCM) guru who is able and excited to tackle enterprise-wide changes.

Responsibilities will vary over time but may include:
• Ability to apply change management methodologies, such as the Prosci Methodology
• Collaborate globally across project teams, stakeholders and executives to create and implement organizational change management strategy for variety of initiatives
• Manage between enterprise-wide initiatives that impact the technology adoption of the company as a whole, and initiatives impacting the SPE IT organization
• Maintain and build upon change management tools in place within the IT organization
• Coordinate across projects and stakeholders to clarify OCM related dependencies, and risk/issue management
• Dive in and support different initiatives – getting up to speed quickly on the issue at hand
• Lead and support enhancing OCM skillset across the IT organization

Qualifications
• 6 + years of demonstrable experience in organizational change management
• Bachelor's degree is required. Prefer advanced degree such as an MBA or other Master's degree in a business discipline, organizational behavior, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology or other relevant discipline
• Entertainment or media experience preferred but not required.
• Passion to solve problems and drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Self-starting and able to work effectively with limited guidance day to day
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to generate and deliver presentations to facilitate and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization
• High proficiency in Powerpoint is required

The anticipated base salary for this position is $105,000-$140,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
