HRIS Integration Manager

The HRIS Integration Manager partners with the HRIS Integration Lead, HRIS BRM and HRIS Technology Director and business users with the primary goal of understanding the business processes, workflows, integrations, interfaces and information and reporting requirements of the users. The HRIS Integration manager will also interact with various business units and support all current HRIS core application integrations, future integrations, trouble shooting and related projects.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, support and monitor HR reports and integrations in conjunction with the HRIS Integration Lead.
• Author business/functional requirement documents, technical design documents, testing plans/scripts for reports and integrations
• Provide day to day support for production HR reports and multiple core system integrations
• Facilitate and document integration requirements gathering sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives
• Leverage technical knowledge and expertise to drive improvements
• Support HCM and Payroll interface audits, error handling and issue resolution

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, MIS, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5-8 years designing, building, testing, deploying, supporting integrations between core HRMS (Workday) and third party systems
• 5-8 years Human Resource software application experience
• 5+ years Workday reporting, EIB and Workday Studio integration experience required
• Experience with Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java
• Experience with Workday BIRT and Workday calc fields.
• Experience working with SaaS solutions and vendors
• Experience with Service oriented and distributed application architecture in the enterprise (web services, data access and persistence, client/server, etc)
• Experience with SOAP and REST based WebServices, API's, Database-level integrations/ETL
• Experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle
• Experience with Microsoft Access tools
• Hands-on experience with report writing, data management/data manipulation
