Job Description
Please note that this role is based in the United Kingdom. Our EMEA IT team provide critical services and support to all lines of business within the region, ranging from business-as-usual to delivering innovative technical solutions.

The Business Analyst roles sits within the Business Relationship Management (BRM) team and reports to the Director of IT BRM for EMEA; engaging directly with a various business units as the face of IT, ensuring service excellence, predominantly for (but not limited to) applications.

As the industry and our business evolves, technology must be leveraged and improved to ensure we remain competitive and the EMEA BRM team forefront of making that happen.

What you'll do:
• Maintain the relationships between IT and business partners
• Understand business processes, challenges and aspirations
• Capture requirements and be accountable for solution delivery, predominantly through improvements and projects
• Assist with the technical elements of internal, online and hybrid events
• Ensure IT service excellence, bridging the gap between various technical and non-technical teams
• Provide support, guidance and advice to colleagues

What you have:
• 2+ years business analysis (or similar) experience
• Experience holding account reviews
• Experience of end-to-end solution delivery
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience collaborating with technical teams / product owners
• A great understanding of system/application capabilities

Nice to have:
• Knowledge/experience managing and/or supporting MS apps (Office, Teams etc)
• Knowledge/experience managing and/or supporting online meeting/streaming software
• Knowledge/experience of the Motion Picture Distribution processes
• Knowledge/experience of Sales & Marketing
