The RCA Brand Partnerships team is the connector between artists and brands, telling meaningful stories for a shared consumer. As Manager, you'll develop, nurture and maintain relationships with our key clients, win new business and create long-term partnerships including but not limited to ad campaigns, endorsement deals, branded content, events and video product placements. You'll be a revenue driver and closer by planning, developing, negotiating and implementing innovative and effective brand partnerships. You must be able to self-manage several small projects, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, as well as handle direction from multiple people within the department. Knowledge of sales, popular culture and brands is a must. Strongly prefer someone with a passion and deep understanding for gaming, sports and the metaverse.
What you'll do:
• Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with our key clients, win new business and create long-term partnerships.
• Pitch and secure paid brand partnership opportunities for RCA and artists of all genres + levels on the roster.
• Lead brand integrations for music videos and short form content from sending proposals to execution on set to all paperwork including agreements and invoicing.
• Work alongside the rest of the brand partnerships team, preparing materials for department pitches to brands and client lists, as well as support team with agreement and invoicing needs.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders including brands, agencies, artists, artist managers, product managers, A&R, creative team etc.
• Maintain client conversations within our database and manage department revenue charts.
• Support department with scheduling needs.

• Willing and able to attend shows, shoots, and/or client events multiple times a week, at times including nights and weekends.
• Passionate and deep understanding for music, gaming and sports.
• 2-3 years of brand partnerships experience in music or entertainment industry.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
California Pay Range
$66,560 - $75,000 USD
