We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our company's inventory operations. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and coordinating with various departments to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
What you'll do:
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
• Monitor and forecast inventory needs to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient inventory management.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management to support decision-making.
• Implement and maintain inventory management software and systems to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in inventory management.
Who you are:
• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
