Job Description
The Coordinator, Business and Legal Affairs will support and assist the Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs and several lawyers in the Legal, Compliance and Privacy departments.

What you'll do:
• Organize and monitor records for radio promotion compliance program
• Facilitate contract execution for companywide social justice partnerships and philanthropy efforts
• Manage Sony Music's Continuing Legal Education program and coordinate department-wide legal seminars and events
• Process expense reports, department bills, and other payments
• Manage lawyers' daily schedules, arrange travel, and process timesheets
• Assist in drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and basic research
• Liaise with Facilities, IS&T and Purchasing departments for office needs
• Provide phone line coverage
• Update litigation database and files

Who you are:
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience or recent college graduate with demonstrated learning potential (i.e., strong academic performance, prior industry experience/interest)
• Proficiency in computer software applications (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly motivated and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, organized, timely and accurate
• Punctual, available to work overtime
