The coordinator will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Audience Development team, providing marketing and administrative support across all aspects of the team, including social media, CRM, websites, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have a curious mind, with keen interest in digital marketing & technology, and a genuine passion for music & music culture. This role is part of Sony Legacy's Audience Development team, and reports to the VP, Audience Development.

What you'll do:
• Support the audience development team across various social media, email marketing, SMS, fan acquisition, web, and paid initiatives, ensuring all campaigns and updates are delivered in a timely manner and at the highest level.
• Collaborate with team members on fan acquisition: building campaigns, requesting promotional content, picking winners, sending prizes etc. - explore new ways to reach new and existing audiences with custom content and messaging.
• Maintain/manage various social media calendars, assisting in obtaining and managing digital assets for all channels and ensuring all messaging and content is approved and optimized.
• Work with the Snr Director of Marketing Tech, across multi-artist newsletter campaigns (e.g. PopStruck, Certified, Legacy, Sony Music Now), including cadence, copy, content etc.
• Process invoices, generate POs and work with the finance team to ensure timely payment of all invoices.
• Set-up conference calls, coordinate meetings and compile and distribute meeting agendas ahead of time. Take notes in meetings and follow up with responsible parties to ensure action items are completed as agreed upon.
• Manage weekly partner pitches, working with Track Marketing teams to ensure all priority tracks are pitched in a timely manner. Track successful placements and measure impact.
• Maintain shared team documents, ensuring all documents are kept up to date and are distributed securely.
• Utilize various internal and external tools to assist in data analysis and research, compiling, updating, and distributing reports when requested.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

$40,000 - $48,000 USD
