We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our Studio Manager and Director of Studio Operations. Your role will be to support our studio manager as well as assist to keep our studio space, operating at a professional level. The studio assistant manager will help our studio operations team with the unique demands of each session. We look to hire an individual with strong technical, managerial and interpersonal skills who is flexible and capable to meet with the demands of the technology and client interface

What you'll do:
• Assist with all sessions and usage of studio space for daily use.
• Coordinate studio calanders and schedule within the studio as it pertains to staff and clients.
• Work with Facilities and outside vendors on the maintenance of the studio
• Support each session with production set up, technical needs and breakdown
• General assistant tasks

Who you are:
• BA/BS in Recording Arts, Communications, Business; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starting, resourceful collaborator with strong ability to identify problems and create solutions
• Detail oriented and strong follow-through skills
• Flexible with work schedule and calendaring
• Proficient in Microsoft suite, Pro-tools, and Digital Audio Workstations
• Proficient in understanding Audio Recording in various Production scenarios

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
