Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in developing and steering digital product strategies? Do you have a background in sports media?

If so, join us as the Director of Digital Product Management and build the future of our digital solutions! This position will own the entire end-to-end digital consumer experience for Marquee Sports Network and will create an innovative, exciting, and cutting-edge experience for our users. The ideal person must possess a deep understanding of the ways in which users consume digital content and interact with the product & technology. This position will collaborate with a wide variety of internal & external stakeholders across many disciplines to ensure the best possible user experience.

Marquee Sports Network is the television home of the Chicago Cubs. We are the Chicago-region's exclusive network to view live Cubs games featuring extensive pre and postgame coverage, exclusive Cubs content and other local sports programming, delivering unprecedented Cubs coverage for fans. In addition to the Chicago Cubs, Marquee Sports Network is a proud broadcast partner of the Chicago Bears (NFL), Chicago Sky (WNBA) and Chicago Hounds (Major League Rugby).

Provide Cub fans with the best digital experience within the Marquee Sports Network app, driving satisfaction through ease of use, reliability, extended user presence and general positive engagement, ultimately driving and securing subscriptions.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead the team in defining and executing product strategies and roadmap that align with business objectives and market demands.
• Drive the end-to-end consumer experience, from ideation to delivery, ensuring seamless execution to viewers.
• Implement new products and updates to ensure both consistent results and exponential growth of audience.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple outside vendors and consultants to achieve the highest efficiencies for Marquee, in both product quality and expense management.
• Oversee system integrations for new products and elements within our app ensuring a cohesive and streamlined user experience.
• Leverage your analytical knowledge to extract valuable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous product optimization. Deliver regular communication to key stakeholders on current and future products with associated metrics and milestone achievement.
• Work with our marketing team to craft and execute promotional strategies across digital channels, maximizing user engagement and driving customer subscriptions.
• Work with our sales team to maximize sponsorship opportunities and advertising revenue.
• Provide guidance on the assessment of technology assets and advise on ways they can be leveraged.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge And Skills
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management. This experience will reflect a clear track record of driving growth, improving performance, and other contributions to marketing, content, technology, distribution and audience growth.
• T echnical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, App Development or similar.
• Ability to come into the organization to contribute fresh ideas and present immediate vision.
• Extensive understanding of customer demographics and consumer trends.
• Proven success in scaling businesses and teams from early stage through rapid and significant growth, thoughtfully supporting growth in consumer demand without impact in service delivery.
• Innovative & thoughtful approaches to developing product roadmaps & strategy in emerging businesses and/or creating game changing product approaches to monetization.
• Demonstrated collaborative style that facilitates working with various internal & external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in cost effectively increasing traffic to digital properties.
• Expertise in all levels of product life cycle.
• Strong oral & written communication skills.
• Ability to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
