Traffic Specialist - Copy (Remote)

Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of national and local copy instructions in WideOrbit Network. Maintain the revenue of sales by understanding different sales campaigns and the creative process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Make decisions based on agency characteristics to meet expected revenue and hit targeted budget
• Evaluate and select break content for network and FCC compliance
• Guide sponsorship projects with sales and creative services to ensure projects are delivered on time and within specs approved by clients and the network
• Subject matter expert for their responsible network
• Ensure contractual agreements are fulfilled by comparing deals and orders with agency communications
• Liaise with Sales, Sales Planning, Network Operations, and Master Control to ensure schedules run as sold by sales.
• Understand the effects of copy on logs, master control, and revenue budget
• Resolve conflicts and answer inquiries from agencies and sales teams
• Work with Standards and Practices to ensure all commercials are compliant with network standards
• Monitor email traffic in-boxes during off-hours
• Meet weekly with sales marketing, sales, and the creative team to ensure special campaigns are carried out correctly
• Coordinate with promo team and the network to guarantee that logs are filled and ready for finalization
• Become familiar with other network's idiosyncrasies and share new methodologies for efficiencies.

• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• College degree preferred
• 3-5 years copy experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Must demonstrate a clear understanding of traffic
• Attention to detail
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and work independently on projects
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
