Founded in 2016 as part of the Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) organization, San Antonio FC is a professional USL Championship soccer team located in San Antonio, TX. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and increasing Season Ticket Sales, Partial Season Ticket Sales, and Group Ticket Sales with a strong focus on relationship building and customer retention.

What You'll Do: 
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new sales opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and networking to drive ticket sales.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and guide them through the sales process.
• Provide exceptional customer service through direct engagement and game-day interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute targeted sales campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
• Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:  
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or ticketing is preferred but not required.
• Experience with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, networking) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of USL soccer and the sports industry preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster Archtics or similar ticketing systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Physical Requirements
• Frequently required to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Occasionally required to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Fine motor skills (e.g., typing, writing, using a mouse, handling documents)
• Sitting for extended periods (e.g., at a desk or computer workstation)
