Finance Coordinator (PT)

We are looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our family!

The Finance Coordinator will provide support to the Finance Department with their key finance and accounting responsibilities. What You'll Do: 
• Support Finance team with projects through data analysis, financial models, market research, and the creation of project deliverables, presentations, and reports.
• Assist in the development of cash flow statements and analyses based on plans, trends, and recommended updates from key business areas.
• Assist in the maintenance of our ERP system and FP&A System.
• Review and understand contracts for concession and novelty vendors.
• Preparation of journal entries, accounting reconciliations, and account analysis for month-end and year-end close.
• Provide day-to-day support and other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:  
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or other closely related technical field
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week
• Ability to self-motivate in a team environment.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other digital literacy required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high-level positions.
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
• Reliable transportation
