Culinary Experience Coordinator (FT)

The Culinary Coordinator will be responsible for aiding the Associate Director Culinary Experience in overseeing our F&B contract with our partner Aramark. Candidate will be responsible for the event culinary experiences of Toyota Field and Spurs Street Eats (Food Truck). This role involves, but not limited to, planning and executing the food truck schedule, coordinating menu requirements, managing staffing plans, ensuring quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The Culinary Experience Coordinator will collaborate with the culinary team, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

What You'll Do: 
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for Toyota Field and food truck patrons.
• Performs monthly venue walks with partner and tracks all needed repairs and ensures they are entered into the work order system including point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintains records of all F&B equipment condition, scheduled maintenance, and detailed list of locations for Toyota Field
• Monitors, tracks and coordinates repair to POS system as needed.
• Responsible for booking the Spurs Street Eats food truck at revenue generating, community engagement and organizational requested events
• Completes monthly financial settlements for the Spurs Street Eats truck to ensure we are accurately tracking expenses and revenue
• Collaborates with the Concessions and Premium team to develop a calendar of specialty items for all matches to tie in with theme nights to help drive incremental revenue.
• Coordinates with the Culinary team on Toyota Field and Spurs Street Eats schedule, menu requirements and staffing plans
• Perform duties as driver/cashier on the new Spurs Street Eats food truck
• Assist with helping maintain the social media content for the new Spurs Street Eats food truck
• Coordinate training for operation of Toyota Field and Spurs Street Eats food truck for all part time Culinary employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:  
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality education is a plus.
• 1+ year experience within culinary establishments or similar functions
• Have or willing to obtain Serve Safe and TABC Certification.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision and able to initiate work when needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize multiple task and support multiple high-level positions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, some holidays, and event nights
• Strong oral and written communication skills to handle a variety of vendors & internal customers with poise tact and diplomacy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Ability to complete 75% of work remotely and 25% onsite for successful event execution.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
