PMC: Marketing Project Manager
Penske Media Corp. This role plays a vital part in driving client success by overseeing seamless execution of campaigns, coordinating across internal teams, and delivering outstanding results for key accounts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and excels at balancing multiple priorities while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Marketing Project Manager will work closely with the VP and Director of Marketing, as well as the HOI team (Heads of Industry), to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, performance is analyzed accurately, and strategic opportunities for growth are identified. This role emphasizes operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and optimizing workflows to enhance the client experience and align with business objectives. Additionally, the Project Manager will contribute to marketing initiatives, including strategy development, thought leadership, and advancing industry excellence.
As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.

What You'll Do:
• Strategic Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during and after campaign execution, fostering strong relationships to ensure customer success.
• Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of account deliverables, including post-wrap reports, campaign performance analysis, and meeting brand expectations.
• Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to key accounts, managing daily interactions and addressing client needs with speed and accuracy.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to free up HOIs for strategic activities, ensuring all project timelines, resources, and milestones are met efficiently.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with internal teams-sales, marketing, creative, and research-to align on deliverables and provide seamless support for client initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop insights from campaign data and reports to share with clients, reinforcing the value of their partnership (e.g., QBRs, mid-campaign reporting).
• Revenue Support: Partner with HOIs to identify opportunities for client expansion while maintaining day-to-day campaign oversight.
• Marketing Collaboration: Support marketing initiatives by contributing to thought leadership efforts, planning and executing industry events, and aligning on overarching marketing strategies that elevate client engagement and brand visibility.
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of experience in project management, account management, or marketing with a focus on high-value clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in creating visually engaging presentations and campaign reports using tools like PowerPoint (Canva a plus).
• Experience with digital media, branded content, and campaign performance analysis (experience with tools like comScore is a plus).
• Ability to interpret research data to provide actionable client insights.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting team growth.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, organize time effectively, complete assignments on time and follow-up with strong attention to detail
• Self-directed with excellent time management skills
Typical wage range: $75k - $100k. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
