Rolling Stone: Part-time Imaging Specialist

Rolling Stone is hiring a Part-time Imaging Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for all imaging needs of the publication's print and digital platforms including color balance, retouching, compositing, and quality control. Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with art, photo, editorial and other departments.

We are seeking a detail oriented, creative thinker, who can confidently express ideas in an articulate, well-thought-out manner. Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and prioritize deadlines is a must. Qualifications: Expertise in color balancing fine art portraiture; advanced knowledge of Adobe CC; maintain soft proofing station including color calibration equipment; experience implementing and maintaining efficient digital workflows; occasionally generate digital printer files and other production department support.
