我们正在寻找一位对游戏充满热情的用户体验设计师,具备玩家同理心和研发责任心,认真对待玩家的声音,为Riot的新游戏注入活力。您将在一个紧密合作的小型团队中,与产品制作人、策划、美术和程序一起,用界面沟通玩家和产品,实现我们共同的游戏梦想。
Responsibilities:
• 熟悉市场当下流行的游戏,理解其玩法和活动方案背后的设计目的,将经验应用到日常工作中。
• 独立负责常规系统和玩法的交互方案设计;在指导下能完成复杂的交互系统。
• 和跨学科团队协作和沟通,对项目界面功能进行落地,还原视觉设计效果。
• 理解设计方案文档和原型,积极测试落地效果,乐于发现和接受建议反馈,及时进行调整。
• 敏捷协助策划进行玩法和机制上的UI表达包装尝试。
Required Qualifications:
• 2.5年及以上Unreal引擎中UI开发经验,或对应熟练度的Unity引擎经验。
• 2.5年及以上游戏项目UI合作经验,能独立对接策划需求、视觉效果和程序开发。
• 交互设计经验,能独立完成大部分常规系统的交互方案和设计目标。
• 界面资源性能优化意识和经验,对资产进行规范管理。掌握UI资源的基础输出和修改能力,必要时使用PS等软件对资产进行调整。
Desired Qualifications:
• 沟通积极有效,对待细节认真负责,重视玩家体验。
• 基础的英语拼读能力,用于管理资产规范命名。
• 界面动效、材质特效能力是加分项。
• 熟悉并热爱《英雄联盟》《金铲铲之战》等Riot的游戏是加分项。
