As an accounts payable specialist, you will be mainly involved in the end-to-end invoice process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from entry to payment. Your passion will help ensure Riot focuses on our players throughout the globe.

Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end process from invoice entry through to payment
• Manage accurate coding of invoices ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines and policies.
• Ensure supplier payments are made in accordance with agreed payment terms
• Perform vendor and credit card reconciliations, investigate and follow up on variances or discrepancies to propose the solutions
• Proactively manage the Month End/Year end closing activities
• Manage the all internal and external AP queries from start to resolution
• Work closely with business partners across multiple locations
• Understand the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process from start to finish, providing advice to internal and external stakeholders to streamline payment process

Required Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Experience in a fast paced, multi currency environment
• Experience in process implementation and continuous improvement
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Accuracy and precision in handling a large volume of transactions
• Excellent organizational skills

Desired Skills:
• Fluency in English.
• ERP systems knowledge, such as Oracle or SAP
• Procurify experience and Knowledge of G-Suite preferred
• Relevant P2P/business qualifications is a plus
• Understand bookkeeping/accounting principals
• Proficiency in basic VAT Concepts
