Digital Designer - Pure Flix

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations and serving as an integral member of the marketing operations team, the Digital Designer is responsible for the creation, maintenance and improved optimization of all website marketing assets to support the organization goals and objectives. From concept through implementation, the Digital Designer will improve user experience by incorporating the brand and keeping it consistent across all web entities with an emphasis on conversion.

Responsibilities Include:
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-channel teammates to support website design and content marketing (blog, email, UI design, landing pages, and more) that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
• Work closely with developers and other creatives to deliver a great user experience that is code efficient and functional on all devices as well as representative of the company's brand and vision.
• Create and present innovative design ideas to the team using an expertise and eye for great design on brand-level web, and graphic design projects.
• Take creative ownership for all aspects of the front facing marketing website.
• Utilize data and analytics to improve web design strategies/tactics by leveraging Hubspot dynamic layouts and automation for audience segmentation and targeting.

Qualifications:
• Professional experience with fundamental technologies and concepts, as well as responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and debug complex design problems, and how to effectively provide cross-team solutions.
• Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data strategically.
• Creative, open-minded, and enthusiastic about seeking new solutions to challenges.
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
