What You'll Do

Psyonix is looking for an Asset Implementer on our Rocket Racing world team.

In this role, you will
• Receive prototypes and final assets and implement artwork from internal and external sources to game systems including Blueprint Asset content
• Validate technical specification of content
• Create custom collision meshes and LODs when necessary
• Set up placeholder assets with the correct naming and file structure for the asset, blueprint, and materials
• Seek ways to improve and automate the implementation process to make it faster and less error-prone
• Own the implementation step for all assets in the game by reviewing incoming work
• Open communication to various disciplines regarding the status and known issues with the content

What we're looking for
• Detail-oriented, QA mindset for content
• Understanding of how content dependencies work
• Basic art knowledge, basic knowledge of various 2D, and 3D applications, and how it relates to real-time game art
• Moderate experience with Unreal Engine 5
