Overview:

Pluto TV is seeking a Manager, CRM, Engagement Marketing to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. This plays a key role in improving the efficiency of our CRM tech stack to drive cross-channel campaigns to increase core business metrics across Pluto TV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM marketing operations, a deep understanding of journey management, and a proven track record of solutioning and implementing successful campaigns within complex data environments. For this position, we are seeking a candidate who can blend creative problem-solving with an analytical approach and apply audience segmentation to deliver personalized messages.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop lifecycle strategies across multiple marketing channels
• Complete all CRM marketing initiatives across Email, Push, In-app
• Lead data analysis requests and extract insights to uncover areas of opportunity to optimize lifecycle journeys
• Contribute to the evolution of the marketing tech stack through regular assessments of marketing tools
• Measure campaign success
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data Analytics teams to build, test, and measure solutions
• Maintain templates to ensure compliance and streamline processes

Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years of professional marketing/growth experience
• 2+ years of B2C CRM experience with major CRM platforms (e.g., Braze)
• Technical proficiency in HTML, SQL, and Python

Additional Qualifications:
• Entertainment industry experience is preferred
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Passion for consumer behavior and customer insights
• Comfort with data analytics, A/B testing, and report building

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 105,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
