Sr Manager, Fintech Commercial Relationships

Responsibilities:
• Partner Management: Manage SIE relationships with issuing banks, card networks and external vendors - including contract obligations, financial agreements, and operating models.
• Commercial Strategy: Influence the strategic direction of cobrand card offerings to meet the needs of the PlayStation customer and drive meaningful metrics related to payments. Develop a comprehensive strategy for the cobrand card(s) that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Co brand Development & Enhancements: Lead the transition, development, implementation, and enhancement of PlayStation's branded payment instruments, for launch and ongoing as market dynamics and customer needs evolve.
• Develop and prioritize the co-brand roadmap based on business goals, market dynamics, and customer feedback. This includes considering the potential launch of new products and ensuring a smooth transition for customers using PlayStation's payment options.
• Insights: Acquire a detailed comprehension of customer needs, preferences, and trends in the payments industry to uncover opportunities for improving product offerings and value propositions.
• Co brand product Management: Lead the seamless transition of the Sony and PlayStation cobrand credit cards from legacy partnerships to launch time period, and then run products ongoing.
• Effectively communicate co brand strategy and performance to internal team members and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Brand Integration and Partner Collaboration: Establish cobrands as a payments loyalty vehicle within the SIE organization.
• Grow and stimulate support from the wider SIE organization and champion the card internally as a core revenue driver.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cobrands into the PlayStation ecosystems, in key channels such as PS Direct, PS Store, CRM and more.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of multiple direct reports to establish the cobrand business within the SIE organization- focusing on acquisition, customer experience, leading the P&L and operationalizing the cobrand strategy.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
