We're looking for a Senior Program Manager, Studio Operations for PlayStation Studios' dedicated live services team. The PlayStation live services team's mission is to drive PlayStation's ambitions in the live service space by providing expertise, challenging the status quo, aligning the organisation, developing player centric tools & capabilities, and sharing best practices across the company. As the  Senior Program Manager, Studio Operations in PlayStation Studios' dedicated live services team, you will, among other things:
• Have experience working in the gaming industry, preferably in a platform environment 
• Worked on live ops gaming ecosystems & projects
• Utilise your background at the intersection of entertainment, technology, data and analytics; ideally coupled with live operations experience
• Have outstanding organisational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Integrate projects quickly to bring value, taking the initiative to anticipate and solve problems with little fuss
• Have excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to disseminate complex information effectively and efficiently
• Be highly motivated, goal orientated, and customer focused. Willingness to dig in and deliver
• Work on a gaming platform, delivering complex cross functional technical projects that intersect with multiple technical organisations like Data, Legal, IT, Security and Engineering
• Experience operationalising abstract or undefined processes
• You will quickly step into ongoing projects to solve urgent problems during emergencies
• Experience working with and/or within Product and PMO organisations
• Handle shifting priorities and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Establish relationships and positively influence culture and operations by being confident, energetic, and maintaining a positive outlook

The role is intended to evolve over the next 3-5 years as part of PlayStation's Live Services initiative. As a result, the ideal candidate will be adept at adapting to the changing needs of this role and grow with the role and the needs of the organisation. This role's scope and responsibilities will be evaluated on an ongoing basis to continue to support SIE Live Services.

What we're looking for:
• Previous experience working in the gaming industry, preferably in a platform environment 
• Experience working on live ops gaming ecosystems & projects
• A background at the intersection of entertainment, technology, data and analytics; ideally coupled with live operations experience
• Outstanding organisational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Ability to integrate projects quickly to bring value and solve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to disseminate complex information effectively and efficiently
• Highly motivated, goal orientated, and customer focused. Willingness to dig in and deliver
• Experience working on a gaming platform and delivering complex cross functional technical projects that intersect with multiple technical organisations like Data, Legal, IT, Security and Engineering

• Experience quickly stepping into ongoing projects to solve urgent problems during emergencies
• Experience working with and/or within Product and PMO organisations
• Flexibility in managing shifting priorities and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Ability to develop alternative plans to adapt to organisational constraints
• Experience coaching & guiding teams, motivating people to deliver their best work
• Strong ability to build relationships and positively influence culture and operations by being confident, energetic, and maintaining a positive attitude
• Takes initiative, anticipates potential issues and problem solves solutions
