Lead an exceptional team passionate about Solutions Engineering within our Platform Data Innovators organization, coordinating collaboration, ensuring flawless delivery, and aligning engineering efforts with organizational goals. Champion standard methodologies in deployment pipelines through CI/CD automation, integrating standard processes to optimize operational support, incident detection, and system performance while prioritizing security and compliance.
Your role will involve driving cross-functional teamwork, supporting engineering teams within our Database Circle of Excellence, and maintaining strategic alignment across the organization. You'll collaborate with product managers, architects, and security teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS and GCP. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and innovation, ensuring our technology stack remains world-class.
Technologies You'll Work With:
• Languages: Python, Go, SQL, Bash
• IaC & Automation: Terraform, Ansible
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• AI-based solutions
• Security & Compliance: Automated auditing and anomaly detection
• Databases: Various SQL, NoSQL, and streaming technologies, including both self-hosted and managed services on AWS and GCP platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
• 6+ years of DevOps experience with cloud-native technologies and automation.
• 4+ years managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Expertise in IaC, CI/CD, and database automation.
• Familiarity with tools for monitoring and security powered by AI.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Over 7 years of experience in DevOps, specializing in automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and solutions incorporating artificial intelligence.
• 3+ years of experience in crafting and automating database infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience with AI tools for monitoring, operational support, and security compliance.
• Experience in Agile development and DevSecOps practices.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
