QA Support Analyst
Are you enthusiastic about gaming, software development, and IT support? At PlayStation Studios Malaysia, we are in need of an ambitious and technically skilled QA Support Analyst to join our team. This opportunity lets you work in a dynamic and encouraging environment, collaborating with different developers/ clients to guarantee flawless technical service support for our QA's hardware assets and development platform tools.
What You'll Be Doing:
Asset Management:-
• Manage the lifecycle of QA hardware using an enterprise-level asset management tool to control costs, manage risks, and support decision-making.
• Perform product research, budgeting, and procurement to ensure we have the best tools available.
• Coordinate the tracking, shipment, and auditing of assets to maintain strict control and accuracy.
• Configure assets and environments to meet the specific needs of our development teams.
• Provide technical service support for request fulfilment and incident resolution.
• Regularly communicate task progress with collaborators and work closely with counterparts in other regions.
• Liaise with various departments including Legal, Procurement, Shipping, Facilities, Studio IT, and third-party suppliers to successfully implement projects and resolve issues.
Requirements:
• Proven understanding of PC client workstation hardware, operating systems, applications, mobile devices, and networking.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot a wide range of moderately complex problems across both hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction for routine activities.
• Outstanding communication skills to engage in regular cross-functional and cross-regional communication.
• Capacity to interact effectively with senior management, executive leadership, and external clients.
• ITILv4 Foundation certification or related proficiency is desired.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with 3 years of related IT professional experience.
• Project management certification or experience is an advantage.
