Reporting into the Director of Environment and Technology Compliance, this role will be responsible for supporting documenting, monitoring, reporting, promoting and administering of key environment and compliance systems within our European offices.

The Environment and Technical Compliance team are a multi-disciplinary team handling issues including Product safety, environmental affairs, retail compliance, corporate social responsibility, and technical export controls. This role will interact providing support across these disciplines.

What you'll be doing:

Manage the takeback weights database and support the TakeBack Manager with takeback reporting
• Maintain product and packaging database and ensure all product and packaging data is available and up to date.
• Assist Takeback Manager with the centralised takeback reporting in Europe for SIE and PS Direct.
• Support Distributor countries with their takeback reporting requests
• Assist Takeback Manager in EPR Tender process by managing data collection of annual Takeback spend report for EPR

Support Packaging compliance obligations
• Coordinate packaging change requests
• Support Senior Commercial compliance manager with packaging approvals
• Maintain packaging due diligence with print suppliers.

Coordinate commercial compliance obligations
• Coordinate commercial compliance activities for PS Direct and third parties (retail set-up sheets, systems and tools maintenance and management)
• Maintain third-party compliance system ensuring compliance managers complete approval
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement by arranging Monthly meetings with 3P and licensing departments

Support environment and compliance team organisation and administration:
• Ensure invoicing records are up to date
• Manage team purchase orders, invoicing, supplier set up and query management

What we're looking for:
• Minimum 2 years corporate experience in technical / environmental / legal role
• Good IT skills - (Proficient in all of Microsoft Office )
• Experience with SAP preferable
• Good organisation and record keeping skills
• An interest in or knowledge of the games industry – advantageous but not essential
