Role Overview:

Reporting to the General Manager / Territory Lead and as part of the Leadership Team, you will undertake a leading role coordinating commercial operations, by developing, managing & carrying out the Sales, Channel Experience and Digital at Retail programmes.

You will be responsible for establishing new channels whilst working closely with the business intelligence team to provide forecasting, updates and opportunities for expansion and new business across diverse market.

You will also collaborate with the Global Commercial teams to contribute to one global strategy & plan, acknowledging the required Hub / Local business nuances.

What you'll be doing:
• Owning the division team and run the commercial decisions for the territory, entailing the overall business growth in terms of sales, distribution, Channel Experience and Digital Channels
• Develop, Grow, Coach the territory commercial team across two main areas:
• • Commercial Management: Acting as key contact to, and collaborate with, one or more key nominated accounts - helping them to maximize their business and achieve PlayStation's goals profitably by using knowledge of our products and insights from data analysis, marketing, and what's working elsewhere.
• Commercial Planning: deliver efficiently by supporting planning and execution, and using expertise to provide insights, tools (e.g. Trade Marketing assets, Events Calendar), resourcing and reporting.
• Integrate the Global and Hub Commercial Management forums, contributing in the design of Best-in-Class Plans and Strategies
• Develop strategies on the short and long-term plans to expand into new channels and business development for local distributors
• Build, develop and roll out sales and retail marketing strategies to strengthen the market position and in-store presence
• Handle the communication between internal team and external partners
• The Commercial Director should also be a Change ambassador, contributing to the Implementation of the GSBO culture and CS Ways of Work, including a strong focus on improving DE&I

What we're looking for:
• At least 10 years of Sales and/ or Marketing experiences.
• Possess strong experiences in business development with proven record of developing, implementing plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities
• Strong understanding of retailer distribution and ideally with good understanding of online retail
• Ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with key global partners
• Effective leadership skills – able to engage, empower and develop staff at all levels and in different geographies
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a drive for results
• Proficiency in English crucial and experience of working in a multi-national an advantage
• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
