Campaign Operations Specialist

PlayStation Stars is a new global loyalty program with a growing operations team focused on content creation and campaign execution. We are seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team to manage and support content development, from conception, production, activation and publishing. This role will work closely with a team of Campaign Operations Managers and will be responsible for understanding the program's vision and providing hands-on support in bringing program content to our member audience. Responsibilities
• Set-up, activation and QA of loyalty and player engagement campaigns; manage and resolve incidents as needed
• Work with broader team to understand program and campaign objectives, audience, timing and support development of program content
• Develop understanding of complex internal content management tools and dependencies and create detailed and accurate monthly campaign/content plans
• Coordinate production of campaign assets and ensure components to be delivered in a timely manner
• Meet and deliver on timely execution of campaign schedules
• Work within campaign management tool to set-up campaigns, QA and publish
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and/or operational issues
• Assist in testing new features and enhancements to the campaign management tools & provide feedback to product and engineering teams
• Support creation and improvement of operational processes
• Document procedures, policies and processes related to campaign operations

Skills
• Highly organized and able to meet and manage deadlines
• A consumer-level understanding of PlayStation systems, functionality and games!
• Flexible, professionally-mature, proactive approach
• High levels of personal motivation to further your skills, experience, and business knowledge
• Proficiency with MS office, Google apps

Experience
• 1-3 years content or campaign operations experience

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$78,900 - $118,300 USD
